Match 24 inch inner tubes by ETRTO width range and valve

A 24 inch tube search can cover narrow utility tyres, wide 24x3 tyres, fat-bike sizes and older 600A-style markings. Keep the rim diameter matched first: 507 mm tubes, 540/541 mm ranges and wheelchair sizes are not interchangeable.

Keep 507 and 541 separate

Most modern 24 inch bicycle tubes here use the 507 mm rim family. Older 600A labels and some narrow utility wheels can point to 540/541 mm instead, so check the printed range before checkout.

Width range decides the tube

A 40/60-507 tube suits a different tyre range from a 66/76-507 or 70/82-507 tube. Match the first ETRTO number to the actual tyre width before comparing brands.

Valve and clearance

Wide 24 inch tyres often use Schrader valves, but the rim decides. For 24x3 tyres, also check fork, frame, brake and mudguard clearance before pairing the tube with a wider casing.
